Just google "zotac rebate problem" and read hundreds of people who did not get their rebates!
Waited 4 months for my $20 rebate. Went to their website which is PAINFUL to go thru only to fund out that my rebate did not meet their requirements - TOTAL LIE. I made copy of my submission as I suspected Zotac would try to cheat me. Zotac NEVER notified me that there was any kind of rebate problem.
I'm going to contact Fry's and California Attorney General if I don not get my $20 rebate.
Again BEWARE that Zotac will do its best to CHEAT and NOT PAY REBATES!

Hi Duke,
It is not within our policy or procedure to notify customers when their rebate submission have been denied. You can opt in to the online rebate process which allows you to track your rebate process. If you believe that your rebate has been denied unjustly, you can contact our rebate department to contest the decision and open a case to review your paperwork again. We do encourage customers to contact our rebate department directly for any questions or issues in regards to their rebate. You can reach our rebate department at rebate@zotacusa.com.
Please also do note, the entire rebate process takes 12-14 weeks as stated on the rebate form. Please review the rebate form for the entire terms and conditions.
