This is the most ridiculous company I have had to deal with. I have called numerous times to cancel my account and promised each time by customer service they would and nothing has been accomplished. I have had problem from the first time I ordered something from them because their website had an error and shipped it to the wrong apartment. I have been calling for months now. Every time they ship it to the wrong address and then promise to ship product to the correct address and never cancel the account. I wish there were a negative star rating for this company. All I want is the account cancelled and a refund!
