Lousy customer service relating to WebEasy Professional 8. I would avoid buying from this company. I have had trouble with the software registering properly and it keeps asking for a 24 digit serial number and I have to go through several steps just to get it up and running. At one point, it lists my name with the term "illegal"! I have called them and they said the software is legal and registered properly, etc. After live chat and two phone calls, I am disgusted with the company and their tech staff. The only reason I don't just uninstall and buy something else is I have created a work-intensive website using the product.
