Very bad experience with this company. The "Risk Free Trial Kit" was shipped on the 18th of March. The product was painful on my skin, I would never use it again. April 1st they charged me $97.88 for another product I did NOT request and certainly did NOT want. They hung up on me when I told them I demanded a refund. They deserve a negative rating.

Thank you for your correspondence. How did you receive a product that you never requested? It sounds like your alleging that fraud took place on this account, which obviously is a serious allegation. Please file a police report and this company will do whatever it can to help you rectify the situation and track down the responsible party.
