To Whom It May Concern:
I had the worst experience at your Jacksonville Airport Terminal location. I had made a previous reservation and was coming in to pick up the vehicle. (I have rented from you many times before from your Louisville, KY location) After waiting a few moments, because no one was at the desk to greet me, Pat came up to me and asked to help me. I handed her my driver’s license and debit card. As she was pulling me up she asked me, “how is this gentleman related to you”, I advised my cousin and that I didn’t think it had anything to do with me and my transaction. She proceeded to tell me that he could not drive the car, and if so it was an additional $11.00. I can’t drive two cars, I don’t know about her so logically I needed someone to drop me off. Second off she proceeded to tell me that he could’ve given me the money to rent the car for him. I told her to hurry up and process my request and to stay out of my business. She then told me that if I was using a debit card then an authorization of $400.00 would be charged to my account, I told her no problem. Then she assaults me again by asking me if I had that kind of money in my account. Now, I’m no dummy and I’m sure you’re not either. She was being judgmental and gave extremely poor service, unacceptable services, and discriminative. I expect this situation to be handled immediately. I can report this to the local news and the Better Business Bureau.
